The plaintiff in error (hereinafter defendant) was convicted of armed robbery, in violation of sec. 943.32 (1) (a) and (b),
and (2), Stats., following a jury trial, and sentenced to an indeterminate term of not more than fifteen years at the Wisconsin
state prison. A writ of error was issued by this court to review the judgment of conviction. The issues presented on this review all relate to the exclusion by the trial court of testimonial evidence relating to a
purported agreement to commit an act of prostitution by the victim of the alleged armed robbery and the female who was accompanying
him at the time of the alleged offense.
